These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products and services offered through deflation.ai ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Harry Trippel. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
We sell digital software products including code templates, automation scripts, configuration packages, and setup guides. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the product for your own personal or business use.
You may not: redistribute, resell, share, publicly display, or create derivative products from any purchased product without written permission. All products and included source code remain the intellectual property of deflation.ai.
Some products offer optional setup services where we install and configure software on your server infrastructure. The specific scope is defined by the tier purchased. Setup is considered complete when the software is operational.
During setup, we require temporary access to your server. You are responsible for rotating any credentials shared with us after setup is complete. We do not retain access to your server or data after setup is finished.
Support tiers, where offered, include ongoing assistance with the product. "Lifetime Support" means support for the lifetime of the product, not in perpetuity. If a product is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and a final update.
Our products are software tools. We do not provide professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice.
Some of our products use artificial intelligence and large language models. AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying all output before relying on it.
Use of our products does not create a client-professional relationship between you and deflation.ai.
Products that use AI send your data to the AI provider you configure (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). You are responsible for reviewing the terms of service and privacy policies of your chosen AI provider. deflation.ai does not control how third-party AI providers process your data.
Our self-hosted products run entirely on your server. Your data is stored in your own infrastructure. We do not store, access, or process your data.
For setup services: we temporarily access your server to perform installation. We do not copy, retain, or store any of your data. After setup, you should rotate any credentials shared during the process.

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your bank or payment provider may convert the amount to your local currency. We are not responsible for exchange rate differences or conversion fees.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
For digital products: By purchasing and downloading the product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.
For setup services: If you request that setup begins within the withdrawal period, you consent to the commencement of the service. If you withdraw before completion, you may be charged proportionally for work already performed.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@deflation.ai with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
Digital products: Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available after download, subject to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Setup services: If you are unsatisfied with the setup, contact us within 30 days of completion. We will work to resolve the issue. If the setup cannot be completed due to technical limitations on your end, a partial refund may be issued minus work already performed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for intentional misconduct (Vorsatz) or as otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

Product purchases may include access to future updates at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide updates. Updates are delivered via email to the address used at purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are willing to resolve disputes informally. Contact us first at hello@deflation.ai.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
